Chapter 2

One real lead, followed from the ad to the handover.

Cristhian Macias is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Southern Arizona in Tucson. These are the actual screens from his campaign, in the order they happened. Nothing staged, nothing mocked up. The lead's details are blurred, everything else is as it was.

1
The ad · runs in Cristhian's name, in his market

A homeowner in Tucson sees this and taps it.

Every ad we run is in the agent's name and brand, pointed at one thing: a seller asking what their home is worth. Cristhian's "just sold" and "Zillow says" ads are the two that pulled the most.

This is the Ads Manager view of the lead campaign at $85 a day. The number that matters isn't the 126, it's what happens to each one in the next fifteen minutes.

The lead lands in Cristhian's inbox, already qualified.

The form asks when they're selling, whether they own the home and the address. The alert tells Cristhian how hot it is, when to call and what to say when they pick up. Our team has already dialled by the time he reads it.

We call, qualify, and hand over a seller who's ready.

This is the handover note our team sent Cristhian in the shared WhatsApp group. Relocating for work, selling in May/June, both owners on title, hasn't spoken to another agent, agreed to a walkthrough, expecting his call.

That's the difference between a lead and an appointment.

What you just saw is the whole product. Ads in your name, a form that qualifies, a call inside the first minutes, and a handover with everything you need to walk in and sign. Cristhian's job starts at step 5.

Chapter 3

Clients, in their own words.

Three clients, three markets. All three say the same thing in different ways: they had been burned by lead companies before, they were skeptical, and what changed their mind was the appointments showing up.

We don't put prospects on the phone with current clients. They pay us for listings, not for reference calls, and we'll protect your time the same way once you're on board. This is how you hear from them.

Chapter 4

This is the voice that calls your leads at 11 PM.

During the day a person on our team dials every opt-in. Nights and weekends it's Caleb, our AI caller. Most people can't tell. Press play and decide for yourself, this is a real call, trimmed for length and nothing else.

Why the caller matters more than the ad

A seller who fills in a form at night and hears nothing until morning has usually filled in three more by then. The guarantee only works because nobody waits.

Chapter 5

The ads we actually run, for clients you can look up.

Three clients, three markets. Legacy Real Estate Partners is a 21-agent brokerage in Muskegon, Michigan. The two seller videos are from our creative library and run across client accounts. Every piece is built around one ask: tell us what your home is worth.

In your name, not ours

The homeowner meets you on the ad, your face on the landing page, and your name on the confirmation. We're invisible to them.

Trained on people who finish

Our pixel tells Meta who completed the full form, so the algorithm hunts for sellers who answer the hard questions, not people who tap and leave.

A market report with your name on it

Buyers get the numbers for their area, sellers get their options. It's the reason they give you a real phone number.

Chapter 6

How a listing gets counted, and who does what.

Steps one to five are ours. Step six is yours. If we deliver five and you don't show up to six, that's on you, and we'll say so. If we don't deliver five, you get the fee back.

Step 1
Ads go live

Your market, your name, buyers and sellers. The 90 days start today.

Step 2
They meet you first

A landing page with your reviews, your story, and the tough questions.

Step 3

Step 4

Tier 1: your ideal clientBooked on your calendar. These are the only ones that count.
Counts toward guarantee

You define "ideal client" on day one

At onboarding we write down the profile together: seller or buyer, single-family or condo, price band, radius from your central zip, timeline, and situation. Only listings that match it count toward the guarantee, which means we can't hit the number by sending you junk.

We review the profile with you on a weekly call and adjust it as the campaign learns. The criteria are yours to tighten, never ours to loosen.

What to expect week by week: build in week one, qualified appointments weekly from week two, the guarantee window closes on day 90, and commissions land after escrow.

Chapter 7

The math, including what you pay if we fail.

Two packages. Same system, same team, same guarantee terms. The only differences are the listing count and the ad budget. Ad spend is paid by you straight to Meta, it never touches our account.

Launch
$3,600for 90 days
2 signed listings guaranteed, or the fee back
  • Ad spend, paid to Meta$25 a day
  • Fee per guaranteed listing$1,800
  • All-in per listing, ad spend included$2,925
DominanceLower cost per listing
$5,600for 90 days
4 signed listings guaranteed, or the fee back
  • Ad spend, paid to Meta$35 a day
  • Fee per guaranteed listing$1,400
  • All-in per listing, ad spend included$2,188

If we deliver

Take your average sale price and your listing-side commission. On a $400,000 home at 2.5%, one signed listing is $10,000 before the split. Put your own number against $2,925 or $2,188 all-in per listing and the question answers itself.

If we miss

You get the Vertex fee back in full. Your real exposure is the ad spend: $2,250 on Launch or $3,150 on Dominance over 90 days, paid directly to Meta, plus the hours you spent on appointments that didn't close.

Pay upfront, or finance it on the payment link, subject to credit.

Chapter 8

The things people say right before they say yes.

"I want to talk to one of your clients before I pay."

Fair, and we won't do it. Our clients pay us for listings, not for reference calls, and we protect their time the same way we'll protect yours. Instead you get the things a phone call can't fake: real screens from a real account in chapter 2, three clients on video in chapter 3, brokerages you can look up, and a refund written into the agreement.

Your protection isn't a phone call, it's the terms.

"I don't pay anything upfront. Pay-per-lead or nothing."

Pay-per-lead companies make money on the lead, which is why they sell the same one to five agents. We only get paid if you keep the fee, and you only keep the fee if the listings show up. The guarantee is the pay-for-performance, with the risk on our side instead of yours.

If the cash flow is the issue rather than the trust, financing is on the payment link.

"My market is different. This won't work here."

Tucson, Muskegon, Phoenix and Los Angeles are different from each other too. The ads change by market, the system doesn't. The ideal-client profile you set at onboarding is what makes it yours, and the 50-mile exclusivity means we'll never run it for the agent down the street.

"What if the leads are junk?"

Then they don't count. Tier 1 only. Every form fill is called inside a minute, sorted against your criteria, and only the ones that match reach your calendar. Junk costs us the guarantee, so we have every reason to keep it out.

"How do I know you'll actually refund?"

The terms on the first card of this page are the terms in the agreement, word for word. Signed listings in 90 days from the day ads go live, matching your criteria, or the fee back. Keep this page. Hold us to it.

Bring your market to the call. We'll build your ideal-client profile live and show you the ads in your name.
